This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Also, the motor came preassembled so we had no choice about which side it was on which meant extension cords.. Karla. Stafford Springs, CT. Sat Jun 27 2026

I’m not sure we could be happier with our gazebo. After spending time budgeting and planning a build-from-scratch project, this became clear to us that it was more affordable and frankly better looking. We love the size of the posts and the look of the metal roof. We are looking to add lights and fan(s) in the near future. Ours is a 15x13. We would consider ourselves very handy with tools and construction. It took four of us (two in our twenties and two in our forties) a three day weekend to put this together. The hardest part was the height of the roof and the reach needed to attach some screws. None of the work is challenging. It just requires some basic construction skills and teamwork (patience).. Bought this to add to our back patio for shade and shelter from the rain. Had to cut the back legs down and drill new holes for the mounting brackets so it would fit underneath my soffit on my house. Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.. Victor . Utah. Sat Jul 25 2026

Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. A couple of bolt holes were offset and in one of the front black from cross brackets, there was no hole at all. Otherwise, we love it overall.. Art. Oceanside, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026

I always wanted one of these. It’s sturdier than I thought which is great. It came in two different boxes. Well packed. It gave a list of items in each box to make sure everything was which is great. It came together very easily. I would recommend four people, especially when you are lifting and putting on the bottom parts of the legs and putting it into place you really need four people. I wish there was a sixth pole in the middle like the front in the back to help support that back half which being attached to the house it doesn’t really matter, but we’re not attaching it ours to our house, we’re gonna put some extra support beams on each side and going across to support and raise it up into place where we wanted to go and that should give it some extra support, but overall it came together very easily. It says don’t tighten up the screws totally which please listen to directions and then go back and tighten after things are together. It works so much better. I love this. It’s gonna be great for the dog when it rains or a hot night. We could sit out here and still enjoy our porch. I would definitely recommend this patio cover gazebo.. Tammy. Midland, MI. This review is only based on the gazebo and not the company that took 5 weeks to sent me replacement parts.
