***** Five stars for quality, but be warned: 1. You will need three or four strong people to put the heavy basic structure together and into place, and two people for the rest of the construction. 2. This is not a weekend project for a DIYer. 3. If you can, hire someone with experience. We did, and it was worth every penny. 4. Instructions were fairly good, but missing some crucial information that took some time to figure out. 5. Once figured out, all parts fit together well and pre-drilled holes lined up. 6. There are lots of painstaking details, like fastening thin pieces of weatherstripping around inside and outside of all plastic panels, to name but one. BUT, once put together, this is a very good-quality, beautiful room. We purchased a ceiling fan that converts to a heater and hope that, here in Ontario, we can use it as a three-season room.. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! It’s really nice! Got a professional to put it together and it took a long time and some extra tools from the hardware store to get it the way we wanted it. I am very happy with how this sunroom came out. It seems pretty durable. I will have to see how it holds up to the snow. This wasn't fun to assemble at all!
