Parts were not labeled which would have helped me put the correct arm on the correct side and I had to take it all apart and start over and then at the brink of frustration I saw at completion that I had put the cross member on incorrectly! The chair requires some assembly, which only takes about 15 minutes to get everything out of the box and ready to sit on. It does sit a bit low to the floor but it is very comfortable and being oversized gives you plenty of room. They were easy to assemble, just had to attach the legs the backrest just slid into brackets, attached to the back of the arm rests. I only gave them 4 stars because the seat cushion is very, very firm!!!
