Customers praise the product's stunning appearance and stylish design, noting it as a beautiful statement piece that complements various decor styles. Many reviewers express overall satisfaction, highlighting the product's aesthetic appeal and value. While some find the chair comfortable, a recurring theme is its firmness, with many describing it as more suitable for accent purposes rather than extended lounging. Assembly is generally considered easy, though some customers encountered difficulties with aligning holes or attaching legs, often recommending the use of a personal screwdriver over the provided tool.
