This gate is made out of super steel which normally would be great but there's no pre drilled holes for the hinges and latch and its nearly impossible to make a dent in the gate. So I cant attach it to the matching FE26 hinges nor the latch. 0 stars. For the price i paid I wanted something easy to put together that actually works. Absolutely perfect for my needs. We now own 5 of these gates which we use to keep our dog restricted to certain areas of the house. The features we like best are that you can install it on either side of the doorway, the gate swings both ways, and you can install it above the floor, if desired. This works out perfectly for our cats, who are able to slip under the gate (mounted 6 inches above the floor). The dogs are not able to follow.
