This cradle was easy to assemble and I love that it came with a carry sack as well as a cover for it. Figuring out how to lower the side is a bit tricky but over all not too difficult. I would like to caution about reading the instruction manual and the warnings inside of it. There is certainly a measurement for the parent mattress that needs to be adhered to for safety. Also, please note that the manual does state this bed is only recommended for babies up to 5 months or when they start to raise up themselves. So it is not meant as a long term solution. Very easy to unpack/assemble and seems simple to disassemble. Playpen comes in a convenient carrying bag though bassinet and changing table would need to be carried separately. Looks great and feels sturdy for a portable unit. Bassinet is a little short but base has much more cushion than similar models. I wish the hood was a little larger to better shied overhead lights but it's better than nothing. Changing table is a little wobbly but pretty comparable to other portable models and does the trick..
