This chair is beautiful, comfortable, and brilliant in the ways that you have various settings. Just sitting in it like in the first picture, it’s very comfortable. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. We searched for ten minutes for the remote, before found control buttons on left side of seat cushion , so no remote to lose. The fabric is lovely, I chose the white and love it! I haven't had a recliner in years and years. This chair puts my body into different positions that really improves circulation and makes my back feel great. I did a ton of research before buying and decided to go with Flexsteel because of their sterling reputation for building furniture that lasts. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which of I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature. I couldnt wait for the delivery of this chair. I was recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis and find it difficult to sit for long periods. This sleeping reclining chair is s extremely comfortable because I can lay down in a sleeping position. The chair is also easy to get out of because I can exit by standing.
