We have spent thousands of dollars on furniture. We have owned many high end brands to no avail. Sitting is extremely painful to me and after 22 surgeries; my back has become much worse. Recently, one of my doctors had one of these Human Touch chairs. Every appointment I would purposely go earlier so I could take advantage of the pain relief from his wonderful chairs. Soon the investigation began and I set out to find the perfect chair. After about a year of investigation, I learned that the Human Touch PC10 was the chair to buy. Do not scrimp on features because of the price. The heat is important even though I possess several heat pads; the jade heat in this chair is just perfect. The chair doesn’t get too hot and it has three heat settings to choose from. The relief on the spine is enormous. If you have been searching for something to help with back pain; look no further. This truly is the perfect chair. Note: Assembling this chair is best with two people. You will receive two large boxes. Make sure all parts are present before you attempt to assemble. Wayfair is great about getting you parts but this time they failed and I was left to my own devices.. Shelly. Pahrump, NV. Sun Oct 11 2026

It has 3 massage settings for neck, back and hips. It was not delivered to my door and left at the mail room, but great wairfair customer service took care of the issue.. Olenka. Danbury, CT. It features sleek button controls just below the armrest, and its solid and engineered wood base sits atop four brown splayed legs, giving the piece a mid-century modern look. In a relaxed yet refined silhouette, the Miles Zero Gravity Power Recliner with Power Headrest features a plush bustle-style back, wide track arm and flange welt trim. A USB port adds convenient function. The recliner is covered in a luxurious semi-aniline top-grain leather.

Overall satisfied with the chair, very comfortable. One thing to note, the details section on the Perigold website describes the "recliner base type" as "lift assist". This led me to believe the chair had lift assist capability, it does not. Particularly disappointing since my wife is planning hip replacement and this was an important feature for me. I would suggest eliminating recliner base type from details section of the website.. John. Rogers, AR. Tue Jul 15 2025

Choose from 6 auto-modes or take manual control—all while enjoying built-in Bluetooth speakers. Light on assembly, heavy on luxury. Elevate your everyday comfort.

I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. You can improve on these areas above the massage chair would be so much better.. May. Mississauga, ON. Mon Aug 24 2026
