I love my Nanobond 3.5qt essential pan; it cooks like a dream. That said, I think even this size pan would’ve benefited from a helper handle. I've looked for a sautee pan for a very long time. They're more common in Middle Eastern cooking and I just couldn't find the right stuff. While this braiser pan isn't officially a satuee pan, it does the work beautifully. The food comes out cooked evenly and I can use my metal utensils with no fear.
