Unfortunately, this couch was not what I expected based on the photos. There was no product description or previous reviews available when I purchased it, so I was relying almost entirely on how the couch was presented in the pictures.
The couch appeared plush, soft, and comfortable online, but in person it is extremely firm and not nearly as plush as it looks. The material is also much rougher and less soft than I expected. Another disappointment was the construction. The height of the arm rest was very low, and the frame of the couch was not sturdy. The photos made the couch appear more seamless, but once it arrived i noticed there would be sections/joints, just from the size of the box it was brought in, and it was, in fact, a jointed couch.
