I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it! While this is a very nice Chenille Chaise Lounge, it is not an oversized chair. It looks wide because it has white arms. The sitting area is that of a normal chair. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside.
