The chair is attractive and comfortable, but it was not manufactured with care. One of the back brackets was not attached at the correct angle, so the chair back would not go down all the way. But luckily, my handyman was able to remove and reposition it. Also, the stitching on one side is crooked and doesn't cover the staples as it should. The 2 accent chairs are good looking and comfortable. We bought them in Navy leather and the color is pretty and a true Navy. They were fairly easy to assemble. The color, style, and dimensions are as expected. It was well packaged and delivery went well. Room for improvement on the quality. The brads are not straight and go in wavy lines. They skimped on the fabric and there is one spot where they didn't have enough to fold under the brad. There is also a small scratch in the leather that almost goes through to become a tear and a couple of small scratches and dings on the legs. It appears to be solid construction although a little out of square and one leg sits a half inch off the ground, but levels out to touch the floor when I sit in the chair. Two things, both important: #1. I LOVE this chair. It's gorgeous, very high quality, and butter-soft. One day-- a long time from now, I hope-- I just may ask to be propped up in it, my feet resting on an equally lovely stool (TBD) as I await my great reward. #2.
