It was harder to assemble and took longer than I expected, about two hours on my own. Some pieces were mislabeled and holes didn’t always line up. The chair cushion fabric is scratchier than other outdoor furniture I’ve had, and the pad isn’t nearly as thick as I’d like. I can feel the frame under me a lot more than other papasan chairs I’ve had in the past. The footrest feels fairly rickety as well, but it works fine overall. The cushions are a little thin, so we added a memory foam mattress to the top of it and then use a sheet to cover it and keep it outside to really make it like an outdoor bed.
