For child safety and durability reasons, all big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Got this for my sons to put their old squishmallows in. The opening is very small so we really had to squeeze their oversized ones in there. Not sure how we will get them out if they ever want to.
