Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. I also want to specify that I chose these chairs because the legs fold completely and the chair folds ( not completely in half but close to it) making them much easier to store for the winter.. Great chairs overall! They look high end and are really comfortable. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took maybe 30 to 40 minutes per chair. We love that they have wheels on the back so you can move them around the yard depending on where the sun is. The reason I only gave four stars is because in some of the photos it shows an adjustable back which made us think that these recline. They do not recline, and you can’t change the position at all!
