We absolutely loooooove this! The cushions are a little thin, so we added a memory foam mattress to the top of it and then use a sheet to cover it and keep it outside to really make it like an outdoor bed. Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED!
