There was some odd assembly bits like the holes on the back of the chairs not aligning to each other in insert the screws but the sides did so they’re still sturdy. Another drawback was there were thousands of tiny black beads inside the hollow parts of the metal and got EVERYWHERE when assembling in my house. UNBOX ASSEMBLE OUTSIDE!!!! Not sure where these came from but assuming they’re factory manufacturing plant. Aside from those drawbacks, I felt this set was still good looking and comfortable enough. Very functional. I wish the table top had a non-wicker surface and that the ottoman could slide under the chair when not in use. In order to slide under, the cushion must be removed. Love this set! I, a 58-year-old woman, put it together by myself. Some parts were a little tricky, but I did it! I suggest using a s lf-ratcheting Allen wrench. It will cut your assembly time in half, if not more. The little wrench that comes with the set works fine, but it’s very tedious tightening the screws either the wicker in the way.
