5 stars for the item, 0 stars for FedEx/Wayfair's delivery. I searched for weeks for patio furniture while our patio was built - and finally settled on this. For the price, you're getting a lot of furniture that is really nice (in person). It's comfortable and is just what we were looking for. I had originally been deadset on Sunbrella, but this style was what I wanted so my thought is - I can use these cushion covers (which are nice) until they are no longer usable and can always swap them with Sunbrella - but at a fraction of the cost. I was furious that Fedex lost these for well over a week (4 big boxes!) and Wayfair offered me nothing for the trouble - but I won't take a star away from this item for that, it's not the items fault.. This set was surprisingly easy to put together by myself and I could have finished in two hours or so.
