Immediately run a stick or tube through the sleeve and through the concrete to the rock base to allow water to drain. 5. Insert the lower vertical pole of the dryer into the sleeve, then use a level to align the pole vertically. 6. Remove pole and allow concrete to set fully, then install your dryer.

Arrived quickly and in good shape. Unfortunately, there is a frost warning tonight in SE Wisconsin so it’s a bit too cold to go outside and put this up! (May 7th! Crazy weather!) Even though I need to wait to put this up outside, I can already tell I am going to love it. The casing is sleek and clean looking, and the bracket where it will attach to the fence is metal and substantial. The hook that came with to attach the line to when pulled out and ready to use is also substantial, although just a bit utilitarian. I may purchase a nice white coated hook that will match the house trim where I will be installing it. Overall, for the price, I think this is going to be a great addition to the summer laundry drying AND for hanging swim towels when done in the lake. Husband used the included screws by drilling into existing wood trim on doorways in lower level hallway in home. Was easy to install. Nobody will even notice the clothes line when not in use for my things I don't want in the dryer or for bathing suits & towels when coming in from the hot tub. The button on the retractable line is very hard to push to lock the line so it does not sag when you hang clothing or a king size duvet bed cover on it.
