I’m so happy with this fence planter box! I got the smaller version from the same manufacturer last year - I loved it but I wished it was larger. This one is perfect! At 6’ tall, it can hide any large trash can or provide privacy. When the weather warms up, I will place it by our fire pit patio. There are two slots to insert rebar (optional and hidden under cosmetic covers) to prevent tipping from winds which I plan on installing. They’ve also included brackets for extra support if installed on a wooden deck. It was easy to put together by myself. The material is top notch and my first small one still looks brand new after spending a Maine winter outside. I will likely get one or two more of this taller version in the future.. Lincey. I ordered 2 of these to hide my gas tank. The packages arrived very quickly and everything was in perfect condition. The best part was how easy they were to assemble. It really couldn’t have been easier. They look attractive and from a distance you can’t tell it isn’t wood. I got the cedar to match our cedar porch they do look good together. I just hope they will hold up in the weather as the slats aren’t super strong so we’ll see! Once I fill them with ornamental grasses or vines I think they will do the job just fine. Amazing! This fence is so beautiful in real life! Although not needed, I decided to protect mine by sealing/staining it with a transparent stainer (see pics) after speaking with the Enclo's customer service. Good storage, watertight even in the face of a rainy nor'easter. Used Lowe's cement blocks 15.7" with the number 2 step sand used for paver installation. Made for a solid foundation. One issue is because the unit opens from the top and front which is great, there is not enough support to keep the side walls square at the front so you need to push them together about an inch when closing. This is to replace a very expensive wooden shed I put together from a kit designed by a sadist and stocked with parts from the netherworld of darkness. What a pleasant surprise that the instructions were not an ancient game of strategy, the parts were built like a tank, the lid supported by pneumatic cylinders that did not require my head and both hands to wrestle trash into the bins. This is a very cute privacy screen. Just a few minor things that keep me from giving a 5 star review. Delivery and packaging Quick shipping, excellent packaging. And the cedar planks smell amazing!!! Assembly Overall, not too difficult. Two people were able to assemble and install in around 60 minutes. The instructions weren’t excellent, specifically the part about joining the two pieces together. There are no pre drilled holes and the joiner piece is mostly worthless if you put them at a right angle (we didn’t even use it!). Also we had two minor issues with the planks one plank didn’t have a very deep groove to slide down the post and we only had one “finished” plank (a plank that has one side as completely smooth). So watch for that and make sure you save it to be in the right spot! Overall lookfinished product I love the look of this privacy screen. We had to contend with uneven terrain, so one screen is higher than the other (that’s fine with me). I wish this screen were maybe 3-4 inches taller (so one more plank). It barely covershides the trash bins, which is the whole reason we got this screen. Final recommendation I recommend this screen. It is easy to install and the look is very polished.. Katherine. Okay y’all, this screen looks really pretty when put together BUT is it a real pain to actually put together. It says it will take 90 minutes and it took me at least 4 hours for just one box (two panels) and then I had to take a break to return the next morning when it was tolerable to finish the second box (two panels). Removed one star for just how long it took to assemble. Note the directions are poorly written and particularly useless when trying to connect panels together. Took another star off because of this..
