These were perfect! I actually drilled holes in the wood on top of my pool fence and set them through the holes about 6 feet apart and on either side of the gateway ,instead of putting them in the ground, and it looks really cool at night. If it is in the backyard where we knew they were going to get light from the sun. When they came on once it was dark, we realized that they were not as strong as we would prefer them to be.
