This fan got delivered very fast. It comes very well packaged nice and safe. Assembly is quite easy. You bolt on the cross bar and then you have 2 different size down rods to choose from a short or long. The plug in cord is super super long which is nice. It does have the option to hardwire it. The cover for the light just pops right on. There’s multiple light settings of warm neutral or white lighting and dimming options. There is a timer on the remote and 6 different fan settings. The remote comes with a holder so you can screw it in and hang it for safe keeping. What I love is how QUIET this fan is. The air flow is immaculate and yet it stays so quiet. You can honestly hang thing is a living room or even bedroom. It is a very large fan. I didn’t realize how big 22” really was in the fan world. If I put it on top of my washer, it will cover the whole lid. It is kind of heavy so when it gets hung it needs to be hung on something very solid and secure. It has to hang straight down and then you can angle it. That part I don’t like. I wish there was and option to hang it on a side wall instead. Overall it’s a wonderful fan and I do recommend it..
