We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. This is a beautiful gazebo. Assembly requires a fair bit of work and expertise. The price is very good, but budget at least a $2000 for decking, and assembly. The costs were worth it to us. The item arrived on time. During installation, we noticed a small dent at the bottom, but when I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, the representative offered 20 credit instead of requiring a return—absolutely amazing service. The unit came 99 pre-assembled all we needed to do was install the 2 foot brackets with two screws and follow the instructions to complete the pergola setup. We’re very impressed with both the quality and the functionality—being able to adjust the louvers separately at the top and bottom, with a full 180° open and close, is a fantastic feature. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own.
