Thus, we could not install a standard-sized overflow valve such as one could buy at any American plumbing store. This put our project way behind schedule. We went from store to store to try and match the screw-hole dimension without success. We finally reached out to Wayfair who immediately understood and made inquiries on our behalf (thank you, Catherine, at Wayfair). Tub was listed on the website as cast iron but actually was acrylic. Talked to customer service representative who was wonderful and immediately said the info was sent by the manufacturer to go on Wayfair website and that Wayfair was unaware that it wasn't cast iron. I'm giving it 2 stars, because it was delivered 4 days late and was missing the drain covers, which are necessary to install it. Our entire remodel schedule had to be delayed and rearranged because of it. I called both Wayfair and Streamline numerous times, and their responses, although polite, were TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE.
