Good condition, arrived quickly, and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and all the pieces were included, which made setup pretty stress-free. The materials feel sturdy enough for everyday use, and the overall design is really cute and functional. My bunny seems comfortable and has plenty of space to move around. The wheels are a plus anytime we need to move it. The slide out tray is handy, but since we can go a few days between cleanups, we ended up removing it and just sliding a larger container underneath.
