Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. This is the best flat top grill available period. I bought this as a backup for when te one I have reaches end of life. So easy to clean with the 360° grease tray. Water and a bench scraper while hot, then re-oil and ready to fo again. One of my friends got rid of his 6 mo. Old blackstone and replaced it with one of these after seeing mine.
