With 180 sq. in. of nonstick cooking surface, this grill/griddle is large enough to cook complete family meals, but gives you option to cook on just one side for smaller meals. The removable PFAS-free ceramic cooking plates are dishwasher safe, and the drip tray goes in the top rack for easy cleanup. The double-sided cooking plates are easy to flip and to snap in and out of place.

Explore all of the endless possibilities you can create with the Cuisinart 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus! This one-of-a-kind unit combines 3 cooking functions into one appliance; pizza oven, griddle, and grill. As a pizza oven, the unit features a 13" cordierite pizza stone which retains and distributes heat evenly across the surface for a perfectly cooked crust every time. The stone is secured by pegs on the bottom of the grill grate that not only keep it centered in the oven but slightly raise it off the surface to allow for natural convection heat around the pizza. The oven will reach temperatures of 700 degrees F and up and cook pizzas in 6-8 minutes. The lid also acts like a standard grill lid, flipping up and down, allowing for greater cooking versatility while griddling and grilling. When not in use, all of the cooking surfaces are neatly packed away on the storage shelf below.

Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024
