I love this, it was perfect for my tea garden.. Judy. US. Mon May 04 2026

Our gate is fully forged, which is thicker and heavier than most iron gates on the market. This garden gate is fully submerged in galvanizing compound and then powder coated to be rust free and last for generations even in the dampest environment. This gate also comes with a bolt hinge for quick lock and mounting posts for easy installation. This gate is a great combination of strength and affordable price!

It is really pretty. Wasn’t hard to assemble. Unfortunately the latch situation others have described in their reviews are true. The latch must have been put on backwards because the gate will NOT stay shut. Any little breeze will open it. I’ll have to figure out a latch that will match it and actually keep it closed. It’s also not very stable so I put small square blocks inside each post to keep it in place. I like it but am disappointed.. Loui. NV. Sun Mar 24 2024

Reminder: Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Important: Do not cut off the rolled strip before installation is complete! As a busy parent and pet owner, I was worried about my toddler crawling onto the stairs or my puppy darting through doorways. This pressure-mounted gate solved it all! Made of thick steel with 2-inch spacing, it securely blocks pets—tested to hold 180 lbs. The 180° two-way door opens automatically: under 90°, it swings shut; at 90°, it stays open. I can easily carry groceries and open it one-handed. The door width is adjustable, ranging from 29 to 109 inches, suitable for every different opening where you need a door sill. The double-lock keeps kids safe but lets adults open quickly. Best part? No drilling—I installed it without damaging walls.

Used this to keep my dogs out of the front seat of my motor home. Couldn’t find anything made for that, but this works fine! I love that it has a gate so I can get in the back easily.. Linda. West Haven, UT. Fri Oct 02 2026

Very easy to assemble. You will need a helper to attach the arch to the posts. Only one minor issue. Where the bottom hinge attaches to the rail, two adjacent screws conflicted with one another. Remedied by using one shorter screw. Absolutely love this gated arbor and highly recommend it.. Roland. Honesdale, PA. Sun Sep 13 2026

Enhance your garden's elegance with our Metal Garden Arch with Gate. Measuring 58.07'' in width and 97.24'' in height, this black arch is designed to provide a charming entrance while supporting your favorite climbing plants. Constructed from galvanized metal with a powder-coated surface, it offers exceptional rust resistance and durability. Easy to assemble with pre-cut and pre-drilled parts, this arch is perfect for adding both structure and style to your outdoor space, creating a beautiful and private garden environment.

Instructions are easy to understand and all parts were received with quick shipping. It comes flat packed as panels, and I wish the arched angle at the top came pre-assembled. Without it, it can be difficult to get the gate doors even (see photo). It’s also very light, so I reinforced mine by driving rebar into the ground and drilling holes out in the feet and positioning the arbor over it. Without doing that, the arbor wants to swing when the gate is open. Now it’s solid. You will definitely want to reinforce it if you plan to grow anything on it. (I’m planning to train North American wisteria onto mine.). Anonymous. Sat Aug 23 2025

Worked great and as advertised. We replaced the kit hinges with heavy duty adjustable hinges, which worked fantastic too. And we installed a mechanical (not batteries) rotary code lock in place of their kit lock. We used 8 foot posts and added a decorative panel on top, 102 inches wide. The gate kit is solid, well protected, and a good value.. Theodore. Mission Viejo, CA. Wed Aug 26 2026

Putting it together was simple to understand but not all of the pieces were aligned and it took some work. This could have been due to unevenness of the ground? Smaller than what I was expecting, even with reviewing dimensions. Overall I am happy with my purchase. We will be staking this down to ensure it does not blow over in a heavy storm and plan on removing 1 side of slates to plant a climbing rose in ground (they are not removable. They need to be cut out mechanically). The doors on the columns are really nice and it would be easy to put decor or pots in the column.. Courtney. Wyandotte, MI. Fri Oct 09 2020
