Seems to be an ok gate. Looks nice. Was easy to install. There is a small plastic piece with a spring behind it at the bottom of the gate that was broken when it arrived. I just took it off and it doesn’t seem to interfere with operation of the gate so, I’m not sure what it was there for. Pretty sure it was broken before it even left the factory. The box was in perfect condition. We still can’t figure out how to get the cat door to slide up so that’s disappointing. The lock/unlock knob appears to do nothing.
