It arrive damaged. I opened the first box and there was damage in the arm of part of the couch. I wanted to return the whole set. I looked at Wayfair site and the were trying to charge me almost $300 to return. I paid $700 and change. It was not worth it so I hired someone to repair it. I had to ding it one star due to the directions being wrong (had to disassemble a panel and flip it) and the rock tray is very shallow for the provided lava rocks.
