I ordered this for our front porch in our new house in GA. Hubby has not had a chance to assemble it yet because after 6 weeks we just got our belongings and the truck they were on caught fire. Much damage and missing 4000 pounds of our stuff. This won’t get assembled until he is free to do so, or if I can talk my son into it. I did open the box and look at the contents. It is very heavy duty and the box itself weight in at 101 lbs. I know it will be really nice. I just have to be patient. I’ll be back for a more thorough review and completed pictures once it’s done. I bought the gray. Oh and I did not find directions in the box. Hopefully I just missed it. I will let you know. Should be fairly easy to assemble though. There are letter markings on each piece. Update 1426 My husband finally got these heavy duty quality chairs assembled. I couldn’t use the tray or cupholders on my front porch. There just wasn’t enough room for them. However I saved them in case we decide to put them in a different location where the tray and cupholders would work. However right now they are perfect just how they are and where they are. I received my two chairs they had pieces that were damaged. I reached out to support they took great care of my expectations. They were a gift so i did not want to wait to put them together, the gouges were not going to create a problem with the function of the chairs. I LOVE these chairs. They are the right height, I live on a lake but i am short, so when i would sit in other patio chairs, I could not see over the railing, these chairs lift me high enough i can now see. These are beautiful, quality chairs that are quite comfortable! I couldn’t be happier with them and will likely purchase 2 more. I was really concerned about what I was going to receive based on some of the reviews. Needless to say, my husband and I were extremely happy with the quality, size, ease of assembly. Well machined, every part fit together like a glove. They are not child sized as someone wrote in their review. My husband is 6ft, 170lbs and he fits in it with room to spare, as do I.
