I needed a wedge pillow due to acid reflux issues. This pillow turned out to be my saving grace. Its more comfortable than I ever expected. Along with this pillow and some other changes, Im no longer suffering through reflux while trying to sleep. I just lay my queen-size pillow on top when sleeping (side sleeper).
