I bought two of these for a pop-up trundle bed for guest use since it claimed to join into a king size bed. That is a different story. These mattress came vacuum-sealed and expanded to almost full size by the time I got the plastic off. The topper is nice material and can be zipped off for easy cleaning. I gave the mattresses about two days to fully expand and was surprised at how firm they are. Most "firm" mattresses are not very firm; however, I weigh just under 200lbs and I sunk in about a half-inch. It is a soft kind of firm, not a hard, cheap couch kind of firm. My wife laid on the top one and she was equally, pleasantly surprised. That says a lot, coming from her, as she has a bad hip and is very particular when it comes to mattresses. Im kinda 5050 on this mattress. I just took out of box and package. I hope it airs out more, its very thin then i expected. Might need a box spring. I really like this king size bed. I have a bad lower back and I have been unable to sleep in the bed we had before this one. And that bed cost us about 1,000. This bed from Wayfair cost a lot less than and it is so comfortable! I can sleep through the night and my back doesnt hurt in the morning. My husband loves it too. It also doesnt make me hot at night. It came in a box, and was vacuum sealed. They mean it when they say stay out of the way when you open it. I put it on one side of the bed, where it would unroll out to the other side while opening. It almost took out my cat. Lol. It also doesnt have an odor like some new beds. So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush.
