Came exactly as pictured! Super cute, the cats love it. However, a small thing I didn't even think about is that it's a little wobbly because even the bottom is kind of light-weight pressed wood boards. Currently, I'm using some free weights to keep it steady. There is an option to screw a nail into a wall for support, but I rent and can't do that. I had to hit them with a hammer to get them in and then screw in with Allen wrench. However, once assembles, the product is study, pillows are soft and Velcro is there to keep them in place.
