Yes they are super thin, nothing a nice rug pad can't fix, they are wool/jute combination and that's a big plus for the price imo! Yes, they did come super wrinkly but if you're like me and happy to steam / iron the rugs then you'll be fine. To be fair I haven't steamed them yet and 70% of the wrinkles have fallen out over the last week.
