This is an absolutely gorgeous piece—truly more like a piece of artwork than just a cabinet. The detail on the doors is even more beautiful in person photos really don’t do it justice. It feels very sturdy and well made, and there is a surprising amount of storage inside. Ours came preassembled, which was a huge plus. That said, it is quite large and heavy, so I’m very glad I selected in-room delivery. For scale, I’m using this in a 14x14 dining room, and the 72” length fits perfectly centered along one wall without overwhelming the space. If it wasn’t for the strong smell emanating from within, this piece would be perfect. It fits well with the decor and in the space. There is a strong smell that I have tried to get out. I’ve used baking soda, wiped it with vinegar, left the doors open for lengths of time, put fans on it, put smelly candles in it, sprayed it with Febreeze, but it still smells like a chemical smell.
