Exceptional quality given the price. I did not expect too much given some of the other ratings, but all pieces fit together nicely. Hints step 5, be sure to carefully look at the shape and placement of metal pieces that will align with the drawers and allow the drawer to slide into place. Also, on the second side of the panel, the holes don’t look exactly like the ones in the pic, but you can see where the screws should go. Step 14 my two pieces were taped but were about one millimeter off. I removed the tape, evened them up, then replaced the tape they fit perfectly. I ordered this as a workspace for my multi-purpose guest room. The cabinets below give me space for extra linens on one side, music and art supplies on the other. It's a pretty piece and the quality is very good with beautiful wood grain. My only complaint is that it scratched when I put a sharp rough wooden box on it. My other Wayfair pieces are very durable (I have 8 other wooden Wayfair pieces) so this surprised me a bit. Bees Wax and furniture crayons have not totally repaired the scratch. Took a chance on this one since there weren't many reviews and glad I did. Very solid built. I plan to use this as an aquarium stand for a 35 gallon tank (probably 300lbs) and there won't be any problems. I'm a semi-handy person and I was putting this together on my own then my husband jumped in to help. In total took us maybe an hour. Alone, maybe would take 1.5 hours. And I know doors are always a problem when putting cabinets together and this one was not a problem. Lined up pretty well without much fuss. Black walnut color is spot on. Not too dark like some can be. You can still see the grain. And this is solid wood too. Not that cheap particle board stuff. Came with 2 shelves but I only put one in. The plant pot is a bright white color so you can see what the stain color looks like. Side note: I very much appreciate that nearly all of the packaging is recyclable. There was no styrofoam.. Jenny.
