Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Fabric is super loose and not fitted to the mattress and the mattress does get that dipping effect when two people lay on it at the same time. Not the best, but not the worst either. It was delivered 2 days early. Queen size. It was heavy but I was able to drag it out of the box--someone else moved it into the home. Instructions said to have mattress with zipper side down, I didn't see any zipper. However, the back does have a silver surface so be sure to have that side on flat surface. I did not wait 72hrs but by the evening it was inflated enough for sleep. The edges are softer than center. When exiting you can feel more of the memory foam softness. March 2026 This is my 4th time purchasing matteress from Wayfair… and my personal 2nd one. I also use a platform storage bed just for knowledge, I have now been sleeping on it for about 7 days. I have to be honest it is comfortable and not foam soft, but it is soft. I am actually adding a boxspring today enforce some stability just for my own wants! I’m 40 a nurse 15yrs) also see chiropractor 3x week and with my firm contour pillow I have to say it helps my neck back pain. I opened it on top of my previous mattress for about 48 hours while waiting getting bedroom together. I also use a mattress protector so I utilize queen deep fitted sheet standard fitted only king for my cheaper sheets. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has.
