A few questionable design/quality choices like the base/tilt piece sitting on top of the bracket that connects the seat bottom and back together, leaving a gap that adds unnecessary strain to these parts. The base is nothing special you wouldn't find on any cheap chair. The upper seat is pretty nice, especially for the price. I'm a 6'1" 240lb man (athletic), and it isn't remotely "too small" as some have said, so adjust your expectations for your body type. The cushion is firm, but comfortable in my opinion. I’m honestly impressed by how well the materials have held up. The plastic seat and manufactured wood legs haven't cracked, peeled, or faded at all despite the heavy use. For size reference, it fits an adult or older child comfortably—my son was nearly 6' tall in the earlier photos and used it without an issue. The aesthetic is clean and modern, fitting in well with most decor. Pro-Tip for Hardwood Floors: The only minor issue I had was some slight scratching on my wood floors. I solved this easily by adding some $6 clear 'sock-style' boots with felt bottoms. It now slides perfectly and hasn't left a mark since!
