This is gorgeous when it comes together, but man is it laborious to put together. The instructions aren’t great, and it took four of us 2.5 hours to put it together . This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard. Fabric quality is exceptional and the packaging was secure with each upholstered piece covered in a cloth type material. Assembly took my daughter about 2 1/2 hours doing it alone. Finally the cost was amazing since I was able to get it on sale. My bedding actually cost more than the bed! Not able to dress this beauty yet due to a delay in receiving my linen shams and throw for the foot of the bed. I will attach a picture of it assembled. This bed is exactly what I was looking for and even better than expected. It was very easy to put together and as you build it, it’s apparent how quality and well-designed it is. The slats are genius. There are two sets of six slates, each attached by a Velcro strap at each end. The Velcro straps then attach to the top of the bed frame.
