Waited two weeks for the delivery. Box was taped up like it was opened before. Delivery folks carried it into house. We unpacked it - it looked like it was dropped from a helicopter. Bent steel frame, broken misaligned drawers, gauges in the wood, broke missing knobs. It was destroyed. Wayfair refunded the money and said keep it. We had to cut it up with a reciprocating saw and carry the heavy wood pieces from our basement to the trash and then pay extra for the trash man to take it along with all of the packaging Wayfair didn’t care and the manager hung up on me. This reclaimed pine chest is a one-of-a-kind piece that will make any room stand out. The piece features a unique bow front that is pleasing to any eye.

So the dresser is absolutely beautiful and larger in scale than anticipated. Initially purchased for my young daughter but the drawers are not on any track system and there is nothing to prevent them from being pulled out entirely. The pine is actually very soft like new pine, not hard and dense like "old wood." Wood is also rather unfinished and a bit splintery. I will be adding a wax layer to make it softer to the touch and prevent staining since it will now be used as an accent cabinet. It really is charming and I like it, but not quite what I expected. Smell is very unpleasant but I imagine that will go away with time. Completely assembled, even feet. Cant recommend for a child's use or for heavy frequent use. Good for a guest room or entry.. Excellent dresser! The colors were a bit darker than the reference image (I got oak). Still gorgeous! The dresser is mostly acacia with some rubberwood. Very heavy, very durable, very high quality. Usually, dressers have an MDF back, even super expensive ones, but not this one! Solid wood, through and through. The drawers aren't huge, but they're totally usable. I also liked the full color instruction booklet! The bolts and screws come vacuum sealed on these small, flat cardboard panels, all clearly labeled, and provide far more hardware than necessary! For those who struggle with assembly: just pay close attention to the booklet. It's very clear and well-labeled. The pieces themselves are labeled too. The package arrives in a big, rectangular cardboard box that weighs about 130 lbs. Since the pieces are packed so well, there wasn't a single scratch on the entire thing! A lot of thought clearly went into it. I noticed some other reviewers complaining about the camlock hole placement and the drawer alignment. It's a skill issue. First of all, the head of the camlock pins need to be positioned correctly in the camlock holes. If the pins are too deep or too shallow in the hole, the camlock won't catch. You can easily use a screwdriver to adjust the depth of the pins, and readjust as necessary as you assemble it. Just make sure you tighten them past the friction until they stop, and no further, otherwise you'll bend the camlock or even break the wood. Certainly no power tools. Second of all, on each of the drawer rails there's a little star-shaped metal piece that you can twist to align the drawers so they don't scrape against each other or the frame.. Marco. Nice filing cabinet but expensive for "real wood". The bottom is made of particle board. It is pretty but took 3 weeks to get here and when it arrived, the box did not have a bottom, therefore the filing cabinet was exposed to the elements. No plastic, no plastic wrap, not cardboard. Feet were sticking out. Not impressed with shipping company and packing material for this kind of money. It matches my room and will fill my filing needs and didn't appear damaged so we kept it.
