Very good for flat-pack furniture. All the parts were packed and marked well. The instructions were clear (although I didn’t match the sides of the ottoman correctly for the lift mechanism and had to redo them—totally my error). The rocking chair looks as it is advertised and has a good rocking ability. The back provides head support for someone 5 foot 9 inches and can probably support someone a little taller. The seat is deep which is good for taller users as well; however, not as great for shorter users (including myself at 5 foot 3 inches). At 5 foot, 3 inches, I find that I can either have neck support or lower back support at one time, which is okay and can be fixed with a small throw pillow in order to get support in both areas at one time; at this night I also have a hard time pushing off the floor to rock the chair, which was expected as I experience this with almost every rocking chair. I like the chair, but both my pillows came ripped. I also think my left arm rest is kinda broken because it doesn't slide good into the bracket and everytime I lean my arm on it to sit down it slides down moves and makes a horrible clicking sounds or like grinding metal sound. Also the legs do not keep the chair in place, everytime you get in the chair it slides back. The legs are also very short..its like the chair it basically on the ground, im going to order new legs for it!
