I shopped for a long time at multiple retailers looking for a chair with all the features. This one has a seat wide enough for my dog to sit with me, swivels, and has a cup holder. I was looking for all these features plus a light gray tweed fabric and built in automated controls. As it turned out, this one having a corded remote turned out to be fortunate as the remote did not work and the vendor had to send a replacement. Had it been built in and not worked the whole chair would have had to be boxed up and returned for an exchange. I am not sure I could have done that without help due to the weight. The replacement remote took 14 days by FedEx which was unimaginable but this was not Wayfair's fault. Not sure how well the furry white fabric will hold up, but it is pretty.. Margaret. The armchair is spectacular it looks elegant in the room and is very comfortable for nursing your baby. Personally, I loved it. However, I did have an issue the delivery wasnt the best. The box arrived heavily damaged—to the point where the back of the right armrest was affected—and there was a hole in it, which was disappointing. When I reported this, customer service processed my claim immediately. The manufacturer is in contact with me to reach the best resolution so far, they’ve offered a 15 refund, but I dont consider that fair since I paid the full price for the chair. I’ll update my review later to let you know what the final resolution is.
