We purchased this system because we wanted the flexibility of the shower head tilt and the 3 way spray. Also the ability to work the hand held with the rain shower head. We are enjoying the shower system very much. The only problem we had was in turning the knob on the shower head to the different positions. It was very stiff and when the water is on it was impossible to turn. Called Grohe US, customer service was very nice and sent me out a new shower head immediately.
