Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.55) I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these peel-and-stick vinyl planks. They were easy to install, have a nice wood-look finish, and completely changed the appearance of my room. They stick well and feel durable for the price. The only thing I noticed is that when you step on them, they make a slight sound in some areas. Its not a major issue, but its something to keep in mind, especially if your subfloor isnt perfectly smooth. With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).

this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
