I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. Keeping in mind, it is Italian leather… There may be variation in color other than what’s shown on the website. That being said, this recliner is the most amazing chair I have ever sat in. The Italian leather is absolutely divine and so soft and comfortable. If you’re looking for a 0° recliner, this is the one for you. I have rheumatoid arthritis and being able to recline without my body moving as a game changer. The options of heat and massage are amazing and easy to use with four different options of types of massage.
