I love villeroy Boch items This teapot was made so nice I love it n so happy it arrived safely since a little more than half of these breakable items have not arrived in one piece over the last 3 yrs coming from the warehouse due to shipping items like this in bags with no padding or bubble wrap, I’ve tried to address this with wayfair but there was not much other than that I could do than have it noted each time an item arrived damaged.
