Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job.
