I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees. I was concerned about chipmunks eating my strawberries but our exterminator thinks that they will not be able to climb the smooth exterior. Hopefully he’s correct. I purchased the midnight blue color and I love it. Our house is not modern, it’s an old world French style, and I think these have a clean classic feel that compliments it. The blue is subtle, it reads more charcoal but I’m glad it’s not too bright. I bought the L shaped beds and put 4 in a square. I may buy a square bed to fill the center. they are sturdy once you have the dirt in them, but seem a bit flimsy when empty. Be careful filling them, as I had my neighbor help me fill with his john deer and we had to go very slowly and level the dirt in layers so it didnt warp the shape. I filled them half way with sticks, old logs and leaves from the fall and then layered with top soil. They take a ton of material to fill! Very sturdy now though.. Rachael Marne. Great Falls, MT. Looks amazing installed, and the air and water bubbles and lights all work as expected. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the panel is very sensitive which can make it tricky to operate/change modes. But hopefully we'll get the hang of it (have had it about a month.).
