The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. Not worth the price. Though the pic looks beautiful and it’s a great space saver, up close the craftsmanship is poor. Some parts are smooth and other parts are rough as sandpaper. Had to contact wayfair for tool replacement and wait another week for them to arrive. Meanwhile, had loose pieces all over my daughters room as the box fell apart while unpacking. I almost never buy things off here with no reviews but I've had good luck with Ebern products so I bit the bullet and got 2 for my kids. They came packed really well, the first took me about 90 minutes to put together and the second was only maybe half an hour. They came well packed and the instructions were easy to follow. I did not like putting this bed together but once it was done I think it looks great. You have to use an allen wrench to put it together and that was pretty frustrating.
